Where Does House of Posh Tots Ship From? When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?

All of our items are shipped from Yuma AZ unless otherwise stated. If your item(s) are in stock, they typically ship out within 48 business hours of your placed order. All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS so shipping delivery times will vary depending on where you are located but you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of the ship date if you are in the Unites States. An email will be sent to you after you place your order with an order number which you can use on our home page (ORDER TRACKING link) to monitor your shipping and obtain a tracking number. International shipping times will vary and will be handled on a case by case basis but we will always do what we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?

Expedited shipping is an option only if we have the items in stock. If you need this service please comment in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. We will contact you with the availability and cost of express shipping so you can provide payment. If you absolutely need an item for a specific date, please contact us (the contact link is on our homepage) BEFORE you purchase the item to make sure that we can get the item to you in time.

What sizes do you carry? My size is unavailable, do you restock often?

Each piece varies in size range. We mainly carry sizes baby & toddler and mostly sizes 2t to 6 . There are some exceptions where we may carry an item in a larger size. Some of our sizing is foreign but if you email us we will gladly send you measurements to ensure a good fit. Due to the unique nature of our clothing, some pieces are limited. We do our best to restock every item if available, but we suggest that if you absolutely love an item and it is available in your little ones size to grab it quick!

What does "on backorder" mean?

Because we house all of our inventory, we only carry a limited quantity of each size per item. If your size is showing "backordered" that means that the item sold out and we are in the process of restocking your size as quickly as possible. You can still purchase as normal. The wait will be anywhere from 1-3 weeks until we are able to ship out. If you purchase a backordered item we will upgrade you to express shipping once we receive our restock! You will be notified via email when your item is back in our shop and ready to be shipped to you.

How often do you add new items to your store?

We pride ourselves in being a small boutique with a large selection of quality items. We get as much enjoyment out of selecting these one of a kind items as we do seeing the kids rocking them! We will continue to update our inventory with new exclusive pieces regularly. Be sure to visit our site often to keep up with our finds!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express directly on our site using a secured SSL secured payment link for your protection. We also accept payment through PayPal, one the most trusted payment options available online. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
